Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other clients the opportunity to schedule an appointment during this time slot.
Any guest that fails to give a 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled. This fee will be due prior to booking another appointment.
I understand that emergencies will occur, and that will be taken into consideration. Thank you for understanding!
Sickness Policy:
Due to the circumstances my family is facing, if you have the slightest indication that you may be sick, please cancel your appointment. There will not be any financial repercussions for canceling your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice due to sickness. Thank you for your help keeping me and my family well!
